Job Description
Support existing Business to venture and succeed into Electrical & Mechanical projects and Maintenance Contracts by introducing to new clients and orders.
Requirements
Skills, Tools and Experience:
- Minimum of 8 - 10 years of experience mostly in Sales service of Electrical and mechanical Projects and services.
- Should have working experience in services company catering to residential, Hospitality , large commercial facilities like ports, airports, retail and health industries etc.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good Computer Skills with proficient in MS OFFICE including word, excel, power point, project, and outlook.
- Excellent sales and customer service skills with a proven ability to explain company’s technical services to clients.
- Ability to apply engineering, technology, or other related principles to sales.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering

Responsibilities
- Possess strong base of clients in the above sector with good working relationships.
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations explaining services to existing and prospective customers.
- Providing input to execution and projects team to meet project deadline.
- Preparing and giving demos, preparing, and executing trials and proofs of concept (PoC), helping customers with support cases, responding to requests for proposals (RFP)
- Identifying and establishing new Business
- Preparing tenders, proposals, and quotations.
- Providing Pre-Sales and Post Sales Report.
- Negotiating Contracts, terms, and conditions.
- Writing Sales Reports, Ensuring Sales targets are met and attending trade exhibitions, conferences, and meetings
- Key point of contact for clients, answering queries, providing technical advice, and demonstrating how to use new services.
