The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and successful completion of interior construction projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

 

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Project Manager in the Interiors Contracting industry.
• Strong knowledge of interior construction processes, materials, and techniques.
• Excellent project management skills with a focus on delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with relevant building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
• Proficient in project management software and tools.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt to changing project requirements.

• Project Planning:

• Client Communication:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, keeping them informed about project progress, challenges, and resolutions.

    Address client concerns promptly and maintain positive client relationships.

• Quality Assurance:
